Meals for 2/2-2/8

This is a fancier week of eating for us since we’re hosting dinner twice and cooking for a friend who just had a baby.

Lunch –Leftover Tikka Masala
Dinner-Chicken and beef fajitas, guacamole, Tres Leches cake for friends

Dinner- Bacon cheeseburgers (blue cheese for me, please!), Paleo deviled eggs *sub avocado for mayo, salad with homemade vinegarette

Chris discovered the wonder of The Pioneer Woman so we’ll be using her recipes a few times. Likely we’ll make modifications that I’ll note as I post pictures and whatnot later in the week..
