This is a fancier week of eating for us since we’re hosting dinner twice and cooking for a friend who just had a baby.

Chris discovered the wonder of The Pioneer Woman so we’ll be using her recipes a few times. Likely we’ll make modifications that I’ll note as I post pictures and whatnot later in the week..
