So the steak/loaded twice baked potato/squash meal was a hit. Chris simply used melted butter/S&P on the steak and grilled it perfectly. I’m addicted to A1 and didn’t even open the bottle. I ate a few pieces of squash to make myself feel better for devouring the potato but had to force them down. Not because they were poorly cooked but because in general they are simply poorly tasting. As for the potato I baked them and scooped out the inside to mix with some butter, sharp cheddar, fresh mixed herbs, and put minced garlic on top. We finished them off on the grill for an extra crunch and smoky flavor. It was pretty much win. Yummy, yummy win.
